4. **Shipping Areas**: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Please note that certain areas might require additional time for delivery.

3. **Refunds**: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. **Return Shipping**: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product. For your protection, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

5. **Exchanges**: If you need to exchange an item for a different model or style, please specify the desired item when you send your return request to support@wreckerbaits.com.

6. **Non-Refundable Items**: Gift cards and any sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
